In my ongoing search for a replacement, I have generated ten Stage Two questions. While the first questions measured specific skills in response to textual inquires, the Second Stage of the 4th Search asks applicants to creatively and analytically respond to visual and auditory requests.

Note: Chosen respondents are encouraged to share the videos and previous questions, with the sharing monitored and recorded as an evaluation tool.
